These terms apply to all quotations, orders and services provided by Precision Cutworks, a trading name of Bura and Tino Ltd (company number [To confirm], registered office [To confirm]) ("we", "us"). Please read them before placing an order. Some terms apply differently depending on whether you are a business customer or a consumer, as set out below.

1. Quotations and orders

1.1 Quotations are based on the information, files and materials you provide. If these change, or turn out to differ from what was described, we may need to revise the quotation.

1.2 A quotation is not an offer to supply. A contract is formed when you accept our quotation and we confirm your order in writing (including by email).

1.3 Our Quotation & Payment Terms form part of these terms.

2. Artwork, proofs and approval

2.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of your artwork, dimensions, wording, spelling and quantities. Where we provide a proof or sample, please check it carefully. Production starts on the basis of the approved proof.

2.2 We are not responsible for errors in artwork, wording or dimensions that you have approved.

2.3 You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos and designs you send us. See our Artwork & Intellectual Property policy.

3. Materials and natural variation

3.1 Natural materials such as wood and slate vary in colour, grain and texture, so finished items may differ from samples, photographs and each other.

3.2 Laser-cut wood, plywood and MDF have darkened edges, which is a normal feature of the process.

3.3 Customer-supplied materials are accepted only on the terms in our Customer-Supplied Materials policy.

4. Bespoke and personalised items

4.1 Most of our work is made to your specifications or is clearly personalised. If you are a consumer, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

4.2 If you want to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the options with you.

5. Delivery and collection

5.1 Delivery and collection are covered in our Delivery & Collection policy. Timescales given are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

6.1 Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and tell us about any damage, fault or discrepancy as soon as possible after delivery or collection, with photographs where possible.

6.2 If an item is faulty or not as agreed because of our error, we will repair, remake or refund it, as appropriate.

6.3 Consumers: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

7. Liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

7.2 Business customers: subject to 7.1, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

7.3 Consumers: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

8. Prohibited work

8.1 We may decline any work that we consider unlawful, offensive, unsafe, or that may infringe another person's rights.

9. General

9.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

9.2 If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
