Precision Cutworks works with customers across the UK. Completed work can be dispatched to you, or collected from us by arrangement.
Delivery
- We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.
- Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and quantity of your order and are included in your quotation.
- We choose the courier to suit the size of your parcel, usually DPD.
- Timescales are confirmed with your order. Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date has been agreed in writing.
Collection
Collection from our workshop at Unit 4, Meadows Drive, Staveley, Chesterfield S43 3LH is available by arrangement. We will contact you when your order is ready to agree a collection time.
Packaging
We pack orders carefully to protect them in transit. Acrylic and other finished surfaces may be supplied with protective film, which should be removed before use. For trade and white-label orders, tell us your packing and labelling requirements.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible, with photographs of the items and packaging where possible, so we can resolve it with you and the courier.
Risk and ownership
Responsibility for your order passes to you on delivery or collection.
