We are happy to cut or engrave materials and items that you supply, subject to the conditions below. These help protect your items, our equipment and everyone in the workshop.
Compatibility checks
- We confirm every customer-supplied material or item is right for laser cutting or engraving before we start.
- Please tell us exactly what the material is, including the type, brand or product name, thickness and any coatings, paint, laminates or finishes.
- We may ask for a datasheet, an offcut or a sample item to test before confirming.
- The more you can tell us about the material, the quicker we can confirm your quote.
Getting the best result
If a material isn't the best fit for your project, we'll tell you before we start and suggest a suitable alternative.
Sending items to us
- Please agree the job with us before sending materials or items.
- Pack items securely and include your name, contact details and quote reference.
