This page explains how we handle the artwork, designs and files you send us, and who owns what.

Your artwork

• You keep ownership of the artwork, logos, designs and files you send us.
• We use your files only to assess, quote for and produce your work, and to make repeat orders if you ask us to.
• We do not sell, share or reuse your designs for anyone else.
• Uploaded files are sent privately to us and are never published on our website.

Your responsibility

By sending us artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that producing it will not infringe anyone else's rights, including copyright and trade marks. We may decline any work we believe may infringe another person's rights.

Artwork we prepare

If we prepare or adapt artwork for your order, or create a design for you, we will agree with you how it can be used.

Keeping files for repeat orders

With your agreement, we keep approved production files so that repeat orders can be produced consistently. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Photographs of your work

We will only show photographs of your project on our website or social media with your permission. Trade and white-label work is treated as confidential unless you agree otherwise.

Confidentiality

If your project is commercially sensitive, tell us when you enquire. We will treat your designs and information as confidential.
