This page explains how our quotations work and how payment is handled. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
How quotations are calculated
Every project is quoted individually. The price depends on:
- the material, and whether we supply it or you do
- material thickness
- the dimensions of each part or item
- quantity
- design complexity, which affects machine time
- cutting time
- engraving requirements, such as area and detail
- production requirements, such as samples, packing or labelling
- delivery
Trade, volume and repeat pricing
Trade, volume and repeat order pricing can be discussed for regular customers.
Validity
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise. Material prices can change, so a quotation may need updating after this period.
VAT
VAT, where applicable, is shown on your quotation.
Payment
We accept:
- bank transfer
- debit and credit card, through a secure payment link on our website
- PayPal
Payment terms are set out on your quotation.
Changes after approval
If you change your requirements after approving a quotation, such as the artwork, material or quantity, we will confirm any change in price or timescale before continuing.
