Many businesses use laser-cut and engraved parts without owning a laser. Sign makers need letters and components, retailers sell personalised products, agencies order branded items for clients, and manufacturers need marked or cut parts. Outsourcing that work to a production partner avoids the cost of buying, running and staffing a machine.

What can be outsourced

  • Acrylic letters, logos, panels and signage components for sign makers to finish and install.
  • Parts and components cut to your drawings, from one-offs to production batches.
  • Logos, text, numbering and artwork engraved onto products, including suitable items you supply.
  • White-label products made without the producer’s branding, for you to sell under your own name.

Repeat orders

For work you reorder, ask your supplier to keep the approved artwork and settings on record. At Precision Cutworks we do this with your agreement, so repeat batches can be quoted quickly and produced consistently.

What to send with a trade enquiry

  • A description of the product or part, with drawings or artwork.
  • Material, thickness and finish.
  • Quantity per order and typical batch size.
  • How often you expect to reorder, and an estimate of annual quantities if you have one.
  • Any white-label, packing or labelling requirements.
  • Where finished work should be delivered, or whether you will collect.

Confidentiality

Trade and white-label work is often confidential. We treat it that way unless you agree otherwise, and the designs you send remain yours. See Artwork & Intellectual Property.
